Casa Serena, Special Agency of the City of Cilavegna with managerial autonomy and legal personality, it is proposed as a reference point in the delivery of services to local socio-welfare, health interventions and rehabilitation, and the provision of hotel type. SERENA house work especially towards the elderly population, pursuing the right to health and promotes social life, encouraging cultural and recreational interests compatible with the physical and psychological conditions of each. Casa Serena is governed by a Board of Directors, appointed by the Mayor of Cilavegna, which shall take all steps necessary for the proper functioning of the organization and appoints the Director and all the professionals, among which emerges that the Medical Director. The City Council acts as the steering and monitoring.
